Cancellation window

We accept order cancellations until fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as you decide to cancel so we can check your order’s fulfillment status.

How to request cancellation

Email support@gifni.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:

• Your order number
• The name and email address used at checkout
• The item or order you would like to cancel

Check your cancellation status

If you have submitted a cancellation request and need an update, contact us with your order number. Please do not assume your order has been cancelled simply because you sent a request; ask us to confirm its status.

Already fulfilled?

Our cancellation window ends at fulfillment. For an order that has already been fulfilled, please review our Return and Refund Policy and contact us for assistance.
